All the actual photos/cases and designs on our website are made and designed by Oneplus. If you find products advertised elsewhere, they are all counterfeits. An effective way to identify is to ask the supplier to provide valid proof.

6. It's very hot in our area. What temperature can your materials withstand?

Our material is a customized anti-UV material. It can withstand a temperature range of -30℃ to 85℃. It is suitable for the climates of Queensland, Australia and Thailand.

7. Can you print my logo on the inflatable water park items?

Yes, we can print your logo, but there will be some costs.  Before you approve the order, we will show you the logo position for confirmation.

8. I want to become your distributor.

High cost-performance ratio is our core advantage. To maintain this advantage, we are not considering developing distributors at present.

9. How to set up an inflatable water park?

Prepare concrete blocks as anchoring devices. Usually, the weight of the concrete block should be three to four times the weight of the inflatable water park. During the inflation process, please ensure the ground is flat. If your site is not grassland, please place a large mat under the inflation equipment to play a protective role. After inflation is completed, you will move the inflatable water park facilities into the water and place them in the appropriate position according to the design.

T/T, L/C, Credit Card. A 45% deposit is used to confirm the order, and the balance is paid based on the finished product photos or inspection before shipment.

14. Is your inflatable water park material suitable for salt water?

Yes, we have built many water parks in the sea. For example, the water park in Okinawa, Japan, and the water park in Indonesia.

15. How long does it take for an inflatable water park to pay for itself?

It depends on the number of visitors. The charging standard for most water parks is $15 to $20 per session (1 hour). Take our inflatable water park that can accommodate 100 people as an example. If it receives 500 visitors every day during the summer vacation, the water park can recover its cost in one week.

16. Can you produce according to the competitive designs of other brands for me?

To avoid infringement, we do not produce designs from other suppliers.

18. I want to open a park. What preparations do I need to make?

Usually, the key preparation you need to make is to find a suitable water area and apply for a permit from the local government. Regarding permits, the regulations vary in different countries and even cities, so you need to consult the local government.

19. How to calculate the minimum water depth?

The formula is as follows: (Product height + Average human height (1.80 meters or 5.90 feet)) / 2. For example, if a slide is 3 meters high, the required minimum water depth is (1.8 + 3)/2 = 2.4 meters.

20. I can't find a satisfactory combination on your website. Can you design according to my water area?

Yes, please tell us your water area, water depth, capacity, and approximate budget, and we will design according to your needs.

21. How do you handle the repair of defective floating water park products?

For minor defects that customers can repair by themselves, we provide repair tools, repair instructions and repair videos. During the warranty period, products that cannot be repaired will be replaced.

22.How long does it take from placing an order to receiving the goods?

Under normal circumstances, if we do not have inventory in stock, customers in Europe and North America will need 60 to 75 days; customers in Asia usually need 30 to 50 days. If we have inventory available, the production time can be reduced by 30 to 40 days.

23.How long does it take to build a floating water park on water?

The construction time depends on the quantity and size of the products, as well as the number of construction workers. For example, if the site has already been prepared, a park that can accommodate 100 people (takes a certain period), while a smaller one that can accommodate 6 people usually takes 1 to 2 days.

25.I would like a thicker PVC material, not the 0.9mm one. Is that possible?

Our experience tells us that the 0.9mm material is more than sufficient to meet the needs of water-based activities. In fact, material thickness is only a minor factor affecting service life; the internal fabric density, tensile strength, and UV resistance are the more significant factors that influence it. Our materials are customized, featuring high density and UV resistance. If you truly require a thicker material, customization will be necessary. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for each color is 1000 meters, which means you would need to order multiple parks to use up this quantity.
